Folks, neither the Scripters list nor opensource-dev are suitable places for discussing aspects of Display Names that don't directly relate to the lists' purposes. Not only is it off-topic, but there are far better venues for providing feedback to the project owners, such as in the blog post comments. Trust me, taking this discussion elsewhere will have a better result for all concerned.
