What I did to get a non-standalone 32-bit build going with gcc4.4 was replace the boost in install.xml to the one from snowglobe 1.x trunk (REAL 1.39), then copy the libraries/include/boost/coroutine/ folder from the original boost package that came with 2.0 (1.34, but the file is named 1.39) into the unpacked new tree. Hopefully there will be proper 1.39 boost packages for 2.0 soon.
