Reporting kernel/driver bugs to bugzilla was always a waste of time,
since the kernel/driver engineers wouldn't see them until someone
copied to the bugster bug database behind bugs.opensolaris.org.
bugzilla is only used by certain projects, and anything going into
most of the core Solaris consolidations (ON, X, SFW, etc.) had to
go into bugster since the tools for those consolidations only work
with bugster. (JDS, IPS, & Caiman are the big exceptions that
used bugzilla since they didn't have the existing tool/process legacy.)
