You can use user group spaces for this or open a page in the Advocacy Community. I would have to give you edit privileges to Advocacy, which I would be happy to do. Fickr is better for uploading photos since that`s the site`s main purpose, of course, and then you can create pages on XWiki and display the images if you want. Many people do this. But, nevertheless, you can upload images to os.org.
