You missed my point, Jörg. :-) I was trying just to name a bad standard as
an example. Instead of WEP I could have written as well SMTP.

For car security you need no freaking wireless because of the inherent
problems *all* wireless technologies have, see 1/2/3. Lots of manufacturers
didn't even get their simple keyless entry systems right.
