Mike,

Is there a reason you're not using the rge driver?

I suspect there is not support for your device with the rge, so you've 
gone to Murayama's gani driver?

What are the IDs of your device (prtconf -pv output for the device in 
question would be helpful).

Are you using this as GLDv2 (which Murayama defaults to) or have you 
compiled it as GLDv3?

Also, what version of the driver are you using, and what build of 
OpenSolaris?
