Boot back up onto the DVD of snv_67 and open a command window after the 
language or boot up onto Solaris failesafe and do not mount the root if you do 
unmount it i.e umount /a, then run fsck the device path is needed i.e:

fsck -F ufs -o b=32 /dev/rdsk/c1d0s0

If you keep having issues, reinstall the DVD and repartition so you might want 
to leave a few cyl as spare to cover the rounding cylinders to prevent this 
error, from when you had first setup during the inital_install from the dvd 
install GUI. Keep us posted.
