Okay, I'm slightly confused. How many people are calling into the user group through the phone? If the numbers are usually 5-10, then I figure 25 ports is plenty. If the numbers are greater, then it's obviously not scalable. So long as there's a polycom box there and relatively close to the speaker, then we can connect up the participants who joined the call.
