Yes, of course RBAC is the Solaris way of doing this and is much more powerful, but people coming from other *nixes are probably going to wonder where sudo is. I don't know what the best solution. For newcomers from Linux, we could install sudo or a fake sudo which does nothing but point you to RBAC documentation (kind of like that cc "language optional software is not installed message that annoyed migrants to Solaris for years.") Or am I thinking too GNUish, a sudo help would break the real sudo.

I'm assuming you really also mean:
        - creates a user
        - and gives this user sufficient "admin" rights?
