No, it simply recognizes that every project has it's own set of
goals and constraints which affect the license choice, and those
are very different for Java vs. OpenSolaris.

The GPL is still not an option as the only license for OpenSolaris
as long as we have bits we can't open source and want to allow distros
such as Schillix and Nexenta to re-distribute.
