S10U2 already contains code that runs on hypervisor, i.e. the sun4v support for T1000/T2000. I suspect the actual hypervisor ships with the firmware rather than Solaris, though. Well, looks like you're searched all the relevant places, so I would guess there isn't anything out there yet. I would expect it to be there when S10U3 is released.
