You're using "human perception" and "brutal honesty" as counter-arguments to restrictions imposed by lawyers? Have you forgotten what country we live in? ;-) (I know, Sun is a global company, but still.) You make good points though, especially "at least tell us quickly when things are delayed, and how long they are likely to be delayed"; sometimes, however, our hands are tied, especially answering "why" type questions. Or, to put it another way, as much as I/we would like to share everything, I/we are not going to risk getting fired. I tell you what.
