Bummer.  In addition to the lack of "S11" support, it's a SPARC-only
tool.  That's probably going to limit the fun I was planning to have.  I
hope a new version is coming some day ...

No, you no longer need the option. It works by default on both SPARC and x86 (assuming you have the latest patches).

Do try a hello malloc app - you get a very impressive report from discover.
