Hi, Roland, thanks for the copy. I'm not sure having a usr/doc directory in the source tree would help to keep information up-to-date any more than code comments or README files or repositories like PSARC and muskoka do today--I tend to believe it is more about labor. So, there is certainly good reason to investigate tools and work toward a solution, as many engineers have suggested to me over the past year, to have an integrated pkg or directory with everything you need to create/validate/process XML docs.
