If it moves you, feel free to do it. But as a sponsor, you have to
deal with making sure that the delta comments all come out right, the
'wx nits' are clean, the CRs and RTI are updated properly, and so on,
so dealing with the SCCS keywords issue is pretty well down in the
noise.
I was including the wx nits within that, not just the keywords.
