Hi Foster, How are things going? Has your schedule eased up any? When you find some free time, I would love to get an update on how far you got working on the packaging. I would also like to add your work to our source control, integrate any patches you made, and make the work available for others to assist you.
I have been contacted by 1 or 2 others interested in helping out on the packages, each with different experiences (one is a Fedora packager, and one a Mac packager). Anyway, I though it would probably make sense to organize our work into a folder structure and push it into a Bazaar branch. Also, I am going to make a Google Doc (I'll share it with you and the rest of our team) with notes on our general direction on packaging, our goals, remaining tasks, etc... That document + our Bazaar branch should be a good foundation for us to build a small team of volunteers... and prevent us from stepping on each other's toes. =) Thanks! -- *-Jonathan Thomas*
