I discovered the same issue on some maxspeed infos I added this week to tram tracks in Kehl.
Maxspeed is displayed at level 17 (or higher): https://www.openrailwaymap.org/?lang=null&lat=48.57295487739584&lon=7.815206050872803&zoom=17&style=maxspeed
... but not at level 16 or lower: https://www.openrailwaymap.org/?lang=null&lat=48.573249481077625&lon=7.816665172576903&zoom=16&style=maxspeed Maybe some tile rendering issue?
