+1 Combination git/gerrit seems to become more and more adapted by the professional companies, as it improves workflow.
Git patches end up in gerrit base until verified by integrator and submitted to the trunk, or returned to the developer for correction. Gerrit seems to handle this (both directions) very nicely, and makes very powerful tool when used with git in combination.
