/I'm not using 'WFI' instruction, I've found this one in the
instruction set. I suppose this arm (Armv4T architecture) has not.
I'm using a LPC2388 specific register to command entering low power
mode (IDLE) (up to the next IRQ, so I obtain an same behavior that
with WFI).

Are you sure your Target JTAG interface is active in your low power mode ?
