hi there, I have done a lot of work on uptech 2410 board these days, and I made a configuration file for this board. I hope you can merge this file into OpenOCD.
BTW: I think in the file of "target/samsung_s3c2410.cfg", the line 19 should not be 0xffffffff, the correct one is: set _CPUTAPID 0x0032409d
