Hi Spencer,
thanks for this information.

But how then the current implementation works when wait_for_pracc_rw()
never waits for PrAcc to be "1", and this is mandatory by EJTAG spec ?

Seems that for all the people who called this function successfully
PrAcc was already "1" and that is too much of a chance...
