Well, I cannot check all LPCs, because at the moment I only have LPC2103, but 
this small experiment seems to show that srst_pulls_trst is not necessary

Actually this was suggested by Peter Stuge in August

Not having srst_pulls_trst is very convenient, as sometimes this code that 
could run for a brief moment before halt could make things like disable JTAG, 
start PLL with wrong values, etc. Generally without that option debugging LPCs 
is much more reliable.
