Ulink (or Ulink2, ULinkPro, Ulink-ME) is not supported. They are only supported inside Keil. http://www.keil.com/ulink/ As for why it is not supported: nobody has spent the time on it and it may not be worth the time to support it. http://forum.sparkfun.com/viewtopic.php?t=16757 JLink is working now under OpenOCD.
