Make that "call exit() for 'shutdown'" and I'd agree.

The "exit" command is documented as being how to terminate
just the telnet session.  But "shutdown" is what shuts down
the whole server.  Section 15.1 of the User's Guide.

p.s. That same section documents "sleep".  Which IMO should
     get renamed to "msleep" ... "sleep" is traditionally
     measured in seconds, and if milliseconds are needed the
     command is "msleep".   Change of topic.  ;)
