Hello everybody! We develop devices for measurement purposes in telecommunications. And we are currently investigating new hardware platform based on Marvell pxa320 cpu. We got developement boards from Toradex company: Colibri PXA320 and Orchid carrier board for it. But that boards has preinstalled E-boot bootloader. This bootloader is proprietary software and we need to change it to open source U-boot. Colibri PXA320 board embeds Samsung NAND Flash (1 Gigabyte).
May be somebody tried to communicate with such hardware (PXA320 or NAND flash). We will be grateful for any information and we are ready to enhance OpenOCD project if it is required.
