I've added an unlock option to flash write_image. Testing much appreciated!
The code assumes that invoking unprotect on a sector that is already unprotected is a fast and harmless no-op which returns success. I also added a faux flash driver, the goal is to have a fake target that basic testing can easily be done against without access to any hardware. Perhaps we could interface to the gdb arm simulator target eventually?
