I'm working on iMX351 here and making a fair bit of progress, fixed and committed a handful of fixes today.
I can now kinda load & debug RedBoot from the Freescale kits, but I'm struggling with reset. It seems that the arm11 code does not assert srst. When I try to do so, things go pear-shaped (error messages include "JTAG communication error SCREG SCAN OUT 0x07"). Anyone out there with iMX3x hardware and experience?
