Unless some corporate sponsors will put some money to get
libusb-win32 device driver go through the WHQL process (and
fixed the potential bugs), it will not happen.

I understand that. I just wanted to point out a fact that libftdi
does not solve the problems of some OpenOCD users. I do
not use Vista 64bit either.
