Hello list The accepted wisdom seems to be that libftdi is slower than ftd2xx, and when performance is low change to ftd2xx. Is this true or a myth ?
Two years ago, or three, this was true, today I am not so sure. I have made some small tests , single stepping arm7, uploading medium sized files to arm925ejs and what I can see is that the libftdi is actualyy a touch faster. ( Linux 2.6 Fedora ) Do we have any other hard facts about this question ?
