For some vendors, it is still useful. For example, Renesas, you have
to register in order to download the BSDL files. The device page
does not come with BSDL file.

Eg: for R32C/117

You can not find the BSDL file. But the following link will point to the
correct URL.

One vendor missing is Fujitsu. I could not find the BSDL files
for their MCUs.
