This patch updates the OMAP3 scripts with recent knowledge, mainly what we discussed with init vs. target create order.

Tested with r1865 (see previous mail broken r1870) and

openocd -s lib/openocd/ -f interface/flyswatter.cfg -f board/ti_beagleboard.cfg
