I tested: openocd - svf - failed, urjtag (ppdev) - svf - ok, openocd (ppdev and own gpio bitbang) - xsvf - failed with mismatch in tdo ..., i found that mainproblem was in XSDRTDO's xruntest. I changed code like Pseudo-Code Algorithm point 6. at end of xsvf.c. Then it works fine with ppdev.
