I have tested cygwin, msys and fedora 8 - all seem ok. Had to make a slight tweak when building for the rlink - i have committed a fix to trunk. setup using: /configure --enable-parport --enable-jlink --enable-rlink --enable-ft2232_ftd2xx one thing i have noticed that none of the contrib dirs are added to the dist. It would be worth adding libdcc.
