After a long time google, I find the reason.

I am trying to build the complete Openembedded development platform along with the Angstrom Linux and the root filesystem for my Atmel AT91SAM9263EK board on Ubuntu 8.04 using the instructions given in linux4sam.org and Openembedde website.
