Hi List,

On the AT91SAM9260 with a blank board, or with user code that does not
explicitly enable the user reset signal, one needs to enable a user reset
first, before resetting the target, otherwise the reset using SRST will not
work, e.g.:

halt
wait_halt
mww 0xfffffd08 0xa5000501 # RSTC_MR : enable user reset

I would propose that a new event is supported, e.g.:

target_script 0 pre_reset event/at91sam9260_pre_reset.script

Furthermore, I propose that "reset" should be named "post_reset", because the
script is performed after the target is resetted and halted, e.g.:

target_script 0 post_reset event/at91sam9260_post_reset.script

This would make it clear exactly when the script is performed (before, during
or after reset?).

Best regards,
Pieter Conradie
