You will have to compile and install the plugin manually until the opennms devs
push out a new version of the plugin that supports juno.
Here are the steps:
1. Checkout the source code
2. Edit
opennms-tools/m2eclipse-integration/org.opennms.m2e.castor.tests/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
and change following this patch:

a. Help -> Install New Software
b. Click [Add...]
c. In the Location field:

d. Click [Ok]
e. Select [Maven Integration for Eclipse Plugin Extensions/Connectors]
[m2e connector for castor]
f. Click [Next >]
g. Click [Finish]
