I would like to share the result, even I still dont understand, :p
there is a configuration file called *.xml. inside, it will look like this
<node node-label="windows2003" foreign-id="1334829470889" building="test">
<interface snmp-primary="P" status="1" ip-addr="172.23.11.9"
descr="ifDesc">
<monitored-service service-name="SSH"/>
<monitored-service service-name="ICMP"/>
<monitored-service service-name="SNMP"/>
<monitored-service service-name="HTTP"/>
</interface>
</node>
so need add xml to the monitored service.
<monitored-service service-name="XML"/>
Then by the logs, at least I see it do the collection now, the log from
xmlcollector.java.
