Disabling remote control from screen sharing?

Hi!

Is it still so, that there is no possibility to remove remote control 
from screen sharing? I act like admin (and quite many in our 
organization will), but I hate that only traversing my mouse over other 
users shared screen will interfere her/his UI.

And anyway every room requires some admin to give rights for drawing to 
whiteboard, etc, so someone has to be as admin?

IMHO, it should be possible for screen sharing user to select any time 
if remote control is allowed for anyone.
