thank you for this fast answer.
I found another way to solve it: I simply changed the wording and used one
without ö, ä, ü, ß and then it comes correctly.

This is the way Outlook displays Unicode in subject. (AFAR some of versions)

As a workaround you can set text for subject using ASCII only.

I don't have Outlook at the moment so I can't double check it :(
