Upload error

Hi,
I use Openmeetings 
(apache-openmeetings-incubating-2.0.0.r1383872-12-09-2012_1009) with ubuntu 
server 10.04, when I try to add a file or create a directory nothing happens 
(there is also no evidences in log files …)
