Yes I drop the DB after each uninstall. Then I reinstall with a new 
persistence.xml from this version's postgres_persistence.xml. Then I don't 
touch the DB.
Yes it's always in UTF8.
It seems I'm not missing labels from english, deutsch or italian (haven't tried 
them all)
But when I come back to french (which is what I want to use as default, the 
Error Missing are replaced by the last language I set to my default user).
I'm going to try reinstalling with english as default language and assign 
french to my user.
