Disable the pointer function

Hi, We just installed Openmeetings 1.9 on windows and need to disable the pointer function (for at least one of the room types). We found a link   http://code.google.com/p/openmeetings/source/detail?r=2850# that explains how to disable pointer in a restricted room, but when we tried to follow the instructions, we could not find baseDraw.lzx and fixedWhiteBoard.lzx.   Could you please let us know how to disable pointer function for any one of the room types in Openmeetings 1.9? Thanks. Ching
