Playback of "Start recording test" 5 second video does not work

Hi,

 

Testing revision 1347122 I find that the automatic playback of the 5
second "Start recording test" video is still not working.  After running
the 5 second "Start recording test", and selecting the "Play" button,
there is no video or audio.

 

Is this a known current issue?  

 

Do others also have this issue?
