However I think the complaints regarding UI basically refer to version 1.9.x. I hope with version 2.x we have improved here and receive also better feedback. I think the rest of the discussion is more a summary what we already know. Also tools like Google Hangout will have more complex UI as soon as they start to integrate new features. They just start now with a very small sub-set of functionality and as soon as people understood that UI they will constantly add new functions. For us it is kind of difficult, as we have all those functions already and remove any feature xy is very difficult to discuss in an Open Source community. The more popular the more difficult it will be. So if you have any major ideas that have big effects it might be a good moment to start that discussion now.
