We should update the docs to reflect results of issue 186 ( and 111 ) Issue 186 could go into: http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/GeneralConfiguration.html
I think 111 will require some bigger changes to: http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/installation.html and http://incubator.apache.org/openmeetings/Upgrade.html I think I just gonna replace the image with the 3 steps. I should have the authoring file for the image still somewhere. I don't want to blow up the whole website with the installation, that would make it look like complex where it is simple. But the step for the changes that I've done regarding JODConverter installation is also missing yet and the configuration for OpenOffice is just wrong now I guess. JODConverter is normally configured that way that it starts OO on its own and closes it again (Kind of smart!) Also for the new release we will have to replace the screenshots.
