Hello Greenes,

Thank you for your suggestion, we already have a Moodle server with 7000 users, 
I plan to add the plugin for OpenMeetings later for an internal use.
The problem is that our Moodle server is reserved to our students and 
Openmeetings would also be open to people outside our university (interaction 
between universities)
For us, using it via Moodle is not a solution and I cannot set up a second 
moodle server just for the plugin.

Hi Vital,

It would be a solution to install Moodle and the plugin for OpenMeetings.

So could not create rooms.
