No there is no such planning. Free Text is actually difficult to show the results in a graph, and actually the extension of the Poll feature is being able to store the results and to be able to show the results in a type of pie-chart or similar. Free-Text questions would not fit into that. Free-Text questions actually would more fit into sth. like a survey module where you can can put answer a/b/c and/or your custom answer.
