i meant for #2 is addFolderByUserId,
im using the ff params:
Array
(
[SID] => 103b1812e3a98369306a16eb63c51a61
[userId] => 8
[parentFileExplorerItemId] => 0
[filename] => Test Folder
[room_id] => 65
[isOwner ] => 1
[externalFilesid] => 0
[externalType] => Testing
)
and for #3 is importFileByInternalUserId
im using the ff params:

(

[internalUserId] => 8
[externalType] => Testing Server
[externalFileId] => 1
[room_id] => 65
[isOwner ] => 1
[parentFolderId] => -2
[path] =>

[fileSystemName] => 1308894254_3_uploadfile_table.xls
)
im sure im using the correct params and its in the proper order
