When I schedule a meeting invitation one email is send out to user
with link, and it also send out reminder email before the meeting.

Problem is if there was 4 invitation then each person receives 4
reminder emails instead one.

1. New OpenMeetings conference - one email

2. Changed OpenMeetings conference - one email

3. Canceled OpenMeetings conference - one email

4. OpenMeetings conference Reminder - FOUR emails


If there is no quick solution then is there way to turn off the
reminder?
