we have an elearning platform with openmeetings service installed for videoconference. Live streaming works correctly but when we record the conference and then we show it, we can see video but we cannot hear audio. We don't understand where exactly the problem is. In openmeetings db we find out these logs:

all works correctly. So probably the problem is in one_second.wav that is not created in the right way. Why? How can we solve the issue?
